Our Programme
A new programme for the future girl
Designed and created with girls, our programme is packed full of fun, adventure and variety. And it supports girls to broaden their horizons, challenge themselves and be the best they can be.
There’s a huge range of activities to try, plenty of badges to earn and loads of ways to develop new skills. All girls are sure to try new things and take on a broad range of challenges as they explore the topics that sit within our six programme themes - Know Myself, Express Myself, Be Well, Have Adventures, Take Action and Skills For My Future.

To achieve each theme, Brownies and Guides complete an interest badge, a skills builder and unit meeting activities. When they have completed a theme, it counts towards their bronze, silver and gold awards. Here are some posters to help explain the programme:
Achieving the Bronze, Silver and Gold awards is a big celebration.

Each girl works really hard to achieve her awards, receiving a special certificate and a metal badge.

The Gold Award is the ultimate achievement and can be achieved at Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers.
Girls take what they do in guiding with them as they grow up. Everything from working in a team, to taking the lead, to speaking out on issues they care about. It helps them develop the skills and confidence to become the young women they want to be. And to make a difference to the world around them.
